Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
What You'll Do:
- Analyze and interpret complex healthcare and operational datasets
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and performance reports
- Monitor and evaluate KPIs across departments and service lines
- Identify data trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support data needs
- Prepare clear and concise data presentations for leadership and stakeholders
- Maintain data quality, consistency, and security across all platforms
- Assist in building predictive models and forecasting reports as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on data analysis experience
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Strong communication skills — able to translate data into plain language
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Prior experience in healthcare or medical data is highly preferred
