What You'll Do:
- Engage with patients and clients through our live chat platform in real time
- Answer inquiries related to medical services, appointments, billing, and general support
- Manage multiple active chat sessions simultaneously with speed and accuracy
- Identify and escalate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate team
- Record and log all chat interactions in our support and CRM systems
- Deliver a consistently positive and professional patient experience
- Follow all HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality protocols
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of live chat, messaging support, or online customer service experience
- Outstanding written communication and grammar skills
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with high accuracy
- Strong multitasking ability and composure under pressure
- Comfortable with chat platforms, CRM tools, and cloud-based systems
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet dedicated workspace
- Medical or healthcare experience is a plus but not required
