📋 JOB OPENING — Live Chat Support Agent ADF Medical Services Inc.

We're hiring a Live Chat Support Agent to join our customer support team. If you're a strong communicator who enjoys helping people, we'd love to hear from you.


Role: Live Chat Support Agent
Department: Customer Support
Location: Remote / On-Site
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time


What You'll Do:

  • Respond to patient and client inquiries via live chat
  • Provide information on our services, scheduling, and billing
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines and company privacy policies

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of customer service or live chat experience
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to type 45+ WPM
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Healthcare or medical background is a plus
