We're hiring a friendly and professional Online Chat Support agent to assist our patients and clients through our digital support platform. If you're a quick responder with great written skills and a passion for helping people — this role is for you.
Role: Online Chat Support Agent
Department: Customer Support & Patient Services
Location: Fully Remote 🕐 Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
What You'll Do:
- Respond to patient and client inquiries in real time via our online chat platform
- Provide accurate information on medical services, appointments, billing, and general support
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with professionalism and accuracy
- Log and document all chat interactions in our support and CRM systems
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team or department
- Deliver a warm, helpful, and professional experience in every interaction
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality policies
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of online chat or customer service experience
- Strong written communication and grammar skills
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple chats at once calmly and efficiently
- Comfortable with chat platforms, CRM tools, and digital systems
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet dedicated workspace
- Medical or healthcare background is a plus but not required
