What You'll Do:

• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions
• Work closely with management to track KPIs and performance metrics
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security at all times
• Present findings in a clear and understandable format to non-technical stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or Python
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Healthcare or medical data experience is a strong plus
