Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

What You'll Do:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from patients and clients
  • Provide accurate and timely information on services, appointments, and billing
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Document all interactions accurately in our CRM and support systems
  • Follow up with patients and clients to ensure full issue resolution
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address complex inquiries
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance KPIs

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of customer support or patient service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
  • Healthcare or medical background is a plus but not required
