We're hiring a full-time Data Analyst to join our analytics team and help us make smarter, data-driven decisions across our medical services operations. If you're passionate about data, healthcare, and making a measurable impact this is your role.

What You'll Do:
- Analyze and interpret complex healthcare datasets to support operational decisions
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for leadership
- Track and report on KPIs across all departments and service lines
- Identify trends, patterns, and data gaps to drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with clinical, administrative, and financial teams on data needs
- Present clear and actionable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and security across all platforms
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning with data models
hat We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of full-time data analysis or business intelligence experience
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Healthcare or medical data experience is highly preferred
- Ability to work full-time hours consistently and meet deadlines
