What You'll Do:
- Respond to patient and client inquiries through our online chat platform
- Provide basic information on services, scheduling, and general support
- Direct complex or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate team or department
- Accurately log and document all chat interactions in our system
- Follow company scripts, guidelines, and communication standards
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
- Participate in onboarding training and ongoing coaching sessions
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- No prior experience required — entry level welcome
- Strong written communication and basic grammar skills
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with online tools
